Acting in the role of a Professional Services (PS) Technical Consultant you will be meeting our demanding clients’ expectations towards service excellence. Your daily job will consist in Configuring, Customizing and Testing our products and providing 360-degree support to our clients. Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must have
    • University degree in computer science or comparable experience gained in the field
    • Proficient in English
    • Excellent analytical skills and structured approach to problem-solving
    • Business analysis skills
    • At least 3 years’ work experience in configuring or deploying software solutions, preferably gained with another finance industry focused software product vendor
    • Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies as required
    • Self-starter who can demonstrate initiative with ambition to develop their knowledge
    • Attention to detail and to quality
    • Enjoy interacting with clients
    • Available to frequently travel to Zürich (central office) or other client locations (all around the world)
  • Should have:
    • Broad knowledge of databases, programming tools, languages, and environments
    • Knowledge and/or experience of fee billing and/or commission management and/or revenue and expenses of financial products
    • Familiarity with Agile development methods and JIRA tools for issue tracking and project management
    • Experience in training users in software utilization
  • Could have:
    • Experienced in SQL / Oracle PLSQL development and debugging
    • Experience in Test Automation and Integration is an advantage
    • Accountancy knowledge
    • Previous work experience in software engineering or database development preferably gained with another finance industry focused software product vendor
    • German and/or French are a clear plus
