Quartal COMMISSION wins another global Transfer Agent as a customer
With a multi-level distribution network, this major American financial services company will calculate payable retrocessions, rebates and trails on behalf of their clients (i.e. prestigious fund producers). Installed in London, with users in Dublin and Luxembourg, this customer will use Quartal COMMISSION to increase scope and accuracy of their fund distribution and calculation services and leverage their world`s top reputation and customer satisfaction.
As planned, the joint project will be completed in the coming weeks and the solution Quartal COMMISSION will be put into operation. Other projects for this customer are already in discussion.
Global License Model for ABN AMRO Private Banking and successful deployment of Quartal COMMISSION at ABN AMRO Bank (Luxembourg) S.A.
After three successful projects at ABN AMRO in Switzerland and Germany during the last few years, ABN AMRO Private Banking decided in 2009 to go for a global license model of Quartal COMMISSION, Europe’s leading commission management solution.
The fourth Quartal COMMISSION installation within ABN AMRO was successfully put into operation in Luxembourg by the end of January 2010. In this subsidiary, Quartal COMMISSION covers accounts receivable and payable management for the distribution of third party funds, as well as accounts payable management for service fees.
Sparinvest relies on Quartal COMMISSION
Sparinvest, an independent provider of investment management and advisory services based in Copenhagen and Luxembourg, decided for Quartal COMMISSION and its Fee Management module end of last year. The distribution fees to be paid to partners, the accounts receivable management for portfolio management mandates and performance fees are to be automatically and transparently mapped into the solution.
