How we work
The processing carried out by our operational departments - Software Engineering, Maintenance and Front Services – is orientated around a bi-weekly iterative process known as Scrum, a method for the improvement of processes in software development. To enable this, we concentrate our resources, our knowledge and our work processing on so called “sprints” which are bi-weekly recurring events. The aim of every sprint is to generate operational advantages in the form of the generation of deliverable features.
Instead of managing in a conventional way, we encourage the momentum and empowerment created by self organised, highly motivated teams. Week by week and day by day we face the complexity inherent in software development.
